Seller partially refunded, was able to repair item with different rings that were less soft and bent the brass back in place. Thankfully it did come fast when I asked just use a box next time because brass is soft and can be damaged when only wrapped up.

Breastplate fit very well.
HOWEVER, Brass Belt was VERY wide, and I doubt it would fit me even with a gambeson on unless I was seriously overweight. It protruded further from my body than the breastplate, which once again fit very nicely. Fortunately, I somewhat anticipated this, having watched a review online on a similar product*
