    We’re sorry for the trouble. We offered to resend the missing parts if you could confirm which package was missing, ideally with photos for accuracy. Alternatively, we offered a full refund upon return of the item. You chose not to proceed with either option, but we remain committed to resolving issues promptly.

    Probably the worse seller I've come across, after i purchased the item, they gave me a tracking number that that was from last year with incorrect dates and times, when i mentioned it they would skip the question, they said the item was delivered even before my delivery window had even started said that the item was delivered in person, i have security camaras i never see anyone, then a few days later some random guy not in the delivery company they used shows up and puts in on the ground.
