    A great seller. The item shipped on time but the USPS and third party carrier took awhile to deliver the item. When I got the item it appeared to be packaged well and not dented, but the item, that was listed as working, was not working. I think the price was a good value and the seller did their best to send the item as described. When I contacted the seller they gave me a refund immediately. Was disappointed it didn't work but relieved for the care the seller took in resolving this.

    I have tried buying this product and two have been defective and SO VERY HAPPYTHAT THIS ONE IS IN MINT condition and SO THANK FULL in the care the seller packed and mailed the machine and the cricut products inside as well. I would love to know the seller's other products as I know she sells quality and cares about the way she sends her products. This has made my day, as I haven't figured out my cricut maker or the website. I'm so very excited to enjoy this!!!!
