    The item deserves 5 stars but the seller......not close. Charged me $13.00 to ship a DVD from Bulgaria to the United States & 3 weeks later it's still not here. No apology. The seller got sarcastic instead and asked if I need him to be a superhero and get the mail going faster. No refund on shipping cost. Not even a partial refund. I have had items ordered after this that have arrived at my house and those items were from Japan, Sweden, Brazil and China. None took longer than 10 days.
