Ordered a fuel filler pipe for my Toyota Yaris, prior to buying i emailed a couple of times to ensure pipe would fit and they responded quickly. Once payment had been recieved the pipe was dispatched and arrived the next day. It was packaged well but unfortunately didn't fit my car. I sent a message via ebay and they responded quickly asking to send it back and sent a tracked returns label for Royal mail. All very easy and clear, I'm just waiting for my refund. I would definitely recommend.
