    I purchased 2 of these items from you, Both were shipped in one box, You sent two separate return shipping labels, The post office would only use one of them,so they used one and they put both the other in the box .Will this work to get my refund for both items? Thanks, Gaery

    Hello! Thank you for your question. You know the return process managed by eBay, they (not my shop) sent you that labels. So unfortunately I can't help with it. Once you returned items I'll initiate refund, but it managed by eBay as well. I return my cost, eBay returns it's fees. Maybe you can call eBay support with it. We use it if we have any questions. So I can recommend this way. Hope you can solve it!!! Thank you.

    BEWARE THIS Seller was incompetent and COMBATIVE in all facets of the transaction and did nothing to execute the transaction positively. The lack of communication, the unprofessional conduct of the seller, and the seller continuing to change pickup protocol was troubling and egregious. When a seller does not follow their own rules, it is most troubling and when the seller cancels a sale when the buyer in this case, follows their rules, it is contradictory to good will and an effective sale.

    Everyone can make a conclusion about who was COMBATIVE. Here is a bit from the chat on the phone. The Seller, before canceling:- Please stop texting here. All communication on eBay.The Buyer, after cancellation:- Do you have a cognitive malfunction- Let's see how law enforcement is going to deal with you- Get back to me immediately or a report will be filledBut we still believe that our real buyers are honest and adequate people, because liars and slanderers rarely come to us. Thanks.

    Bought item and paid immediately. Seller refunded funds due to an address issue. The catch…my address was correct. Contact seller and asked. Never got back to me on why the refund.
