I have purchases in the past and Know its not just at Xmas. as your ebayer to use a different carrier if your stuff is time critical. seller was good but like me only got Aramex AI generated non helpful enquiries directing you a web site that will waste your time....

    Seller said they were unable to post to the address provided. The address provided gets mail and parcels from Australia Post regularly. So I don't know what the reason was. It doesn't matter anyway, as I've bought a replacement. Their communications were polite enough, but I was disappointed the sale wasn't completed. As far as I know I've received a refund, as this was confirmed by ebay.
