I purchased a rangehood with the expectation of it arriving within 10 days as per eBay’s estimated time of delivery. However, more than 10 days passed with the item still listed as ‘awaiting delivery’ and when I reached out to the seller, all I got was radio silence. I had to contact eBay directly for a refund (which I luckily got) since I was ghosted. Diabolical customer service.
