  Very well packaged. Quick shipping. Item is exactly as described. Thought it was new when I first opened the box! Seller cleaned up the part very well. And it is in perfect condition. Only way I could tell it was used was a small mark on the cast part of the shaft where someone turned the engine with a pipe wrench. Installed on my machine and works great.
