    The seller accidentally swapped the photographs in the listing with a different one; as a result, I received a completely different set of pin-back buttons. I contacted the seller and he offered me a refund if I sent the items back. I did exactly that, and he refunded the full amount. While it is extremely unfortunate that I didn't get the buttons I thought I was getting, I do commend the seller for owning up to his mistake and making it right. That's good customer service.
