    Seller is trying to cancel item on me and not honoring his end or the purchase agreement. He claims I would need to pay shipping on a site outside of eBay to receive item when the item is a free shipping item. eBay’s policy is to not do any transactions outside of the eBay platform. This seller is in violation of that policy.

    Mike's Gifts has honored the purchase and agreement. This purchase is not "free shipping". I set up all my products with $10 flat rate shipping. Ebay's site consistenly changes the shipping to free. I've had countless conversations with their out-sourced call center which is in the Phillipines. I have gone into vacation mode for weeks at a time as to give Ebay time to "fix" their technical problem. Customers were offered to purchase the item directly, as Ebay will not correct the problem.
