This seller is not good, I get feeling very incompetent, They sent item with half the address and got numbers in postcode wrong way around and after speaking to Royal Mail who informed because of mistakes from seller the item will be returned to them. Still waiting for replacement but no indication or information when that will be. Very unhappy since I needed this item for Ukraine in 2 weeks time when I travel home to Zaporozhia

The parcel has been sent via Royal Mail as per tracking number given to the customer Unfortunately the post office clerk has mis-typed one letter in the postcode and the parcel went to a different address. I explained the above to the buyer and he agreed that the parcel has been sent, but not delivered, seems as lost forever, and for this I have refunded the buyer in full. The buyer has not been left out of pocket in this case and I communicated with the buyer throughout.

Ordered 5 April. Was not shipped until 21 April. It finally arrived on 10 May. There was no indication of an import charge. However, import taxes –which were not mentioned in shipping charges--where almost as high as the price of the item. Since VAT is only 19%,one wonders what value was declared. No direct communications to me. No apology for the delayed shipping. No willingness to honor my request to cancel this order. Translates into: no business with me ever again.
