Seller dispatched on time unfortunately Royal Mail were appalling but shouldn’t reflect on the seller as they dispatched promptly.

    Unfortunately, even through the item was well packed, it was found to be damaged on delivery. Seller responded quickly and when they didn't have another in stock issued a prompt refund. So what could have been a difficult situation was dealt with quickly, courteously and professionally. Thank you.

    Seller generated Royal Mail delivery, then cancelled and refunded supposedly due to supply issue, I suspect priced too cheaply. But get this as a negative for Royal Mail... they never ever received the goods, but sent me a text one day to say they couldn't deliver it, and the next day to say they had delivered it. They're pathetic.
