I communicated this to the seller along with photos, and received a response within minutes. The seller apologized for missing the issue and immediately offered to issue a full refund. I agreed, and a refund was processed in less than a half an hour. This is the definition of EXCELLENT customer service. I would absolutely purchase from this seller again.
