Two large pieces broke off one horn during shipping. I am extremely disappointed that the item I received is not in the same condition it was in when I paid for it. For $850, I expect wrapping and padding sufficient to protect the horns from breakage.
The horns were not wrapped at all. These are fragile items, and breakage is foreseeable if dropped.
I communicated this to the seller. Their only suggestion was that I try to glue the horn back together.

Hi. A couple of pieces broke off the right horn of the ram. The horn fits on the skull without those pieces, but it leaves a large area of exposed bone.Ideas on repairs? I am concerned because of the multiple layers of keratin that if I just glue the pieces together and then fit them onto the larger horn, the fit of the horn on the skull will be compromised.I COPIED and pasted her message. She only ASKED for advice, on how to repair two VERY SMALL pieces. Which, I gave , her,VERY unfortunate,
