    The ceramic tray was in pieces when it arrived! The Seller had put one small bubble wrap around the tray with a few plastic grocery sacks and put it into a USPS Priority Mail box for Shipping. That was not near enough padding for a ceramic piece to withstand shipping requirements. The box was in good shape but the tray was broken. Contacted Seller, NO RESPONSE, filed an ebay claim & Seller responded stating that I was lying about the packing method! See Photos attached. Still awaiting refund!
