The Bad - UPS Mail Innovations should never be used. item was Purchased 11/17 (a pre order) and shipped 12/5. There was ZERO update from the carrier (UPS Mail Innovations) until 12/14 which said it was somewhere in Ohio, then not again until 12/20 that said it was out for delivery. I would use this seller again as they were very polite and responsive, but I would be wary if they use the same shipping provider

I had to do minimal clean up. Shipping took 2 weeks, which I feel was excessive since I am in the same province only a 5 hour drive away. I can't really blame the seller for that, because our postal service can be sketchy. All in all, a good experience. I was glad to find exactly what I needed for an acceptable price. I will shop from them again if the need arises.
