Before shipping the item out they reached out to me to inform me that there was a small dent on the box in case I am an "in the box" collector. I typically open all my figures, but I still appreciate the heads up. Now that the figure is here I don't even know what they were talking about, the box is more or less perfect. They have incredibly high standards for their box (and figure) integrity. Item shipped perfectly and quickly.
