The slicer came missing a vital item to protect your hands from getting obliterated by the blade when cutting. We waited a week. They sent the missing part. It arrived today broken as it wasn't packed correctly. Now they expect us to wait longer while they send another replacement part. The cost of the item shouldn't make this process this hard. This has been utterly ridiculous.

Item was extremely well wrapped and arrived in good time. I had to wait to try it out as did not have the required type of pastry. Very solid looking pie maker. It's a good size for a family though could be deeper. The pie cooked ok but was a bit shallow and the pastry could have been a bit crisper and light.. Still if I hadnt had a Sunbeam pie magic before to compare it with, at twice the price, I wouldnt have noticed the difference.
