Melnor Tap Timer arrived quickly in Amazon packaging with receipt for considerably lower cost than paid on eBay. Unfortunately does not fit Australian taps or Australian hose fittings due to US threads. Vendor communicated that adaptors can be purchased at additional cost online. Advertised as made in USA but packaging clearly states made in PRC, Taiwan. Returns not possible if package opened. Buyer beware - Unfortunately I didn't.

Unfortunately this BUYER IS ABUSING EBAY RETURNS. Admitted to not reading Item Description which states "USA Product. Requires GHT to BSP thread adapter to fit Australian taps". He threatened & demanded a full refund, asking that issue is resolved without involving eBay. We offered return, despite the opened and used product. He retaliated with negative feedback, deflecting from the truth with malicious intent and lies. Nothing has been returned to date.

This seller buys from Amazon at half her selling price. Once she receives the order she doesn't even change the packaging. Just slaps an address label on it. Therefore your parcel travels backwards and forwards for 4 weeks between NSW and WA. The computer keeps picking up the NSW labels on the parcel. When you contact her to say parcel not arrived she is most unhelpful and can't be bothered with her customer. Avoid this seller is my recommendation!

Hi Janet, You bombarded me with messages one day before your item was delivered, because YOU.were confused how tracking works??? I tried my best to assist, but you lack basic comprehension. Au Post Tracking was provided from the start, and your item was delivered on time. Au Post is EASY to track and understand. You are a great example of a nightmare buyer.
