    Item is exactly as shown & described, delivery was delayed by Royal Mail, not sellers fault, and tracking was never confirmed upon delivery. Before it eventually arrived way past the due date, I contacted the seller who had helped me with tracking but we hit a dead end, seller offered to resend another one on first class mail. Thankfully it did arrive and the gesture to send another one was not needed but was truly heart warming. Very reliable seller who cares about their buyers.
