It was delayed by the postal service, so the seller was NOT at fault. They were quick to inform me on their end each time it updated its location and the controller is in great condition! I tested it and it works as promised and is beautiful. This was also one of the cheaper controllers. Would buy from this seller again.

The Description Stated a 3 Day Handling Time so he may be should Change his Handling Time to 10 Days. I didn't Think it was going to be Shipped but I did Eventually get my Item & I am Happy with it. When I inquired about it on 4/18...no response. A USPS shipping label was created on 4/21 but never shipped. Once I told him I was contacting eBay, they responded saying "I shipped it out. I don't know what happened. I'll get back to you." Of course, I never heard from the seller again. I checked their reviews and this EXACT same thing has happened to several other customers.
