  Excellent experience/seller. This impossible to find item arrived and was in mint condition with all the items listed in the parts list. The only issue I had was the installation manual was missing pages, only the parts list was provided, but I was able to find another copy online and complete the installation. Before the purchase the seller responded to my questions quickly and the price was more than fair. I would easily purchase from mistressmotorsport09 again.

  Waste of time. But worked out great. Found the one I was searching for. Seller made up a story about it being lost in the mail. I don’t know how seller would know that happened within a day or two of it allegedly being shipped. No tracking information provided. It is annoying waiting on something that is never coming. Sellers need to be more responsible. It is what it is, do better in the future. Ebay is built on trust and once you lose that its hard to get it back

  item was lost in shipping, we can't control what happens one leaves our shop? you were refunded, an you've left us bad feedback over that, which is something we couldn't control? thanks for your business

  Very Slow Shipping. Paid full price instead of an offer and still cheap shipping although it was free. Didn't offer alternative paid shipping. 2 weeks for item to arrive. Item as described and nice so I give them credit for that.

  I have purchased many parts over the years for older bikes and my feedback has always been accurate. I have always been fair. The seller should have provided more photos of the damaged areas to more clearly show what I was buying. It was presented as a good part. It was unexpected to have the amount of damage versus the way it was presented. The communication after the purchase was very confrontational. The customer is wrong. To return the item would cost me an excessive amount of money.
