This buyer is from Venezuela and used a freight forwarder to ship it to him. I have no idea what network he is using or if it would even work on his network. Had he messaged us first we could have given him an imei number to check. Happy to take it back for.a full refund though

This model is three years old and we put right in the listing that the battery will be 84% or better because of model coming out in 2021. We put that in two different places in the listing. We also offer free returns and have already refunded this for you
