  Unfortunately the vase was smashed when it arrived. The seller responded quickly and a full refund given! Otherwise then vase itself would have been really nice and as described.

  Horrendous customer service. The product despite being advertised as AU stock on the image, and listed as being shipped from Toowoomba, in fact ships from overseas. I was told I should have messaged prior to shipping, to cancel, despite there being nothing about this product shipping internationally, with the sellers continued denial that the product was shipping from elsewhere. Absolute false advertising and awful customer service.
