  Item as described, but did not come with stand. It took 22 days to get here. Very long time shipping. I don't know why it took so long, but I suspect shipper used a secondary service to pick up the item and the secondary shipper took their good time getting it to the post office. They eventually gave me a refund, and then the item came within four days! I offered to return their refund, but they said to order another one and ask for a refund? I think their native language is not English.

  The outside package and the gate were both damaged. I contacted the seller and got immediate response. They offered to replace or refund. They notified me that they have refunded my money. Very satisfied with their service. They were not responsible that the gate was damaged. Thank you.
