Bought drill brand new it came filthy so I had to clean it, case was cracked and a piece snapped off inside, also the drill didn't look brand new but they said it was. They wanted me return the drill, which was a large box that I couldn't carry to the post office and I don't drive so I would have had to get a taxi ,the better company's like shark (vax) for instance sent a courier to collect a broken hand held vacuum and sent replacement same day . The returns label generator link we sent you gives you the option to either drop the item off, or you can arrange free of charge collection where they bring the paperwork with them on collection. We do it this way as so that the customer can arrange drop off or collection to a time that suits them. As soon as the item came back it would of been replaced. No email has ever been ignored relating to this and always replied too accordingly.
