Poor communication in explaining the shipping charges & total price with tax. Vase not as described--had a lot of black scratch marks on the outside of the vase which was not disclosed in the description. I was able to remove most of them using Goof Off cleaner. On the positive-- vase was well packaged & arrived quickly.
