  I did have enough postage for the way I shipped the envelope "Non-Machinable" ($1.25). It was even stamped "Non-Machinable and dropped off in their "Non-Machinable" bin. I have found that the post office does not always follow their own postal code and definitions. I have been at this for many years. Unfortunately, I do not work for USPS and have no control over how they decide to conduct their business. The day will come when all low value cards on ebay will have to be sent with $5 postage...
