Fast shipping. Greatful for that. Definitely NOT as described! I have purchased enough "open box" phones on ebay to know open box. This phone was NOT open box. Definitely used. Bottom of the phone was scratched up, small dents, gunk in the crevices. VERY USED phone. My old one was in better shape than this one and it was few years old. I have always bought from good honest buyers and multiple times but they were out of stock so I had to go elsewhere. I may send this back

Please read the listing, it says store demo or store return with some imperfections. Offered to return it for a refund, but the buyer is refusing to return it.

Item was a s9+ described as working and functional tested refurbished. When I received it, it was not working. As soon as I put sim card in I got black screen. I returned the phone through usps as the seller paid for shipping. The seller messaged me and told me the phone was broken upon arrival because of the package the usps put it in and asked me to start a return and put didn't like it... I know better. They tried to open a case and not refund me. Very shady, do not do business with seller

The buyer damaged the phone and claimed that the screen went bad. Glass was cracked meaning the buyer dropped it and that is why the screen went green.
