  Item arrived shattered. Listing said “Sydney” dispatch, yet seller demanded a return to China and claimed postage costs more than the item to deter a refund. Offered only about one-third as “compensation” and told me to keep/use the broken glass or give it to a friend. Refused to confirm a full refund—I had to open an eBay return. I’ve shopped on eBay for years and never experienced anything like this. Unhelpful and time-wasting. Avoid.

  Item as described however item purchased on the 6th Jan but Australia post sent it to Western Australia instead of 160km away in Victoria. It finally arrived on the 22 Jan thanks to their demonstrated efficiency - it is no fault the seller who sent it on time in good faith.
