Even don't know what's want to say in negative
We just want to say if you changed your mind or didn't like the item or received late delivery ,don't do these things just send back the item
You have right to return if didn't like the item
But you don't have a right to damaged the item and accusing to seller with no reason and trying to get quick refund

I received broken piece. And when i informed the seller he was argumentative and asked me how come it was broken. What can i say to that. He asked me to send his item back which i did but later he said it was wrong address. I said regardless of the return it was broken and he needs to come to an agreement but he started making personal attacks on my religion. According to him i have no shame to say instead of returning and wasting more money it should be binned. He was rude argumentative .

Sorry to say but this customer shocked us
We received message i received damaged as we know about our packaging we asked if was damaged whyvyou realised week later ?
After listen all lies we advised send back the item
This customer think can return the item anywhere in the uk and will get refund
We request to our all customers for the islamic gift kindly don't damaged if you change your mind just let us know
That is not the way damaged the item and asked for refund
