Bubble wrapped and sent in a thick cardboard box. The buyer sent me a barrage of threatening messages demanding I immediately refund 'or else.' I explained to the buyer he would need to open up a dispute and supply me with evidence of the damaged item and packaging so I could claim with Royal Mail and refund him. The buyer did not open the dispute and did not supply sufficient evidence. I find this suspicious and will now ask eBay to investigate this buyer.
