  Product shipped wasn’t the listed product from the pictures. Had permanent marker ink on the belt and it took forever to ship. After pointing this all out, I was offered a refund and was told it was sent twice and it didn’t come . I’d never buy from this seller again, just bad quality and a terrible experience.

  I have ordered 2 MS office 2016 Pro, and they came on a copy DVD and a copy of the label on the box. This is not original. The instructions say there is another code but not to be found. I hope in the future you could be more up front about a copy of this program. An original from Microsoft unopened is what was on your Ebay page. I tried to contact the seller and could not leave this message. I do not like leaving this kind of feedback. Sorry!
