seller is good. got my order out quickly and it was packed really well, for shipping. seller even double-boxed it for added protection of the 1x12 guitar amp speaker cab. incredible of them to do that, just for the one 1x12 cab..... since they did a god job with my order and there were no issues, i didnt need to contact their customer service at all, so i cant speak on the quality of their support, but as far as the ordering process, its as good as anyone else, so no complaints from me, at all..
