WORST EVER experience with a seller! Never replied to anything whatsoever! I sent them an offer for an item which they never responded to and a query about shipping - ended up purchasing as listing would end and seller took AGES to have it posted, never having replied to ANYTHING. At some point I randomly received a partial refund (I am guessing for the exorbitant shipping cost) - of course with no communication whatsoever. A seller to AVOID or be prepared for an aggravating experience!

Hello, I did respond to the offer by declining it... And I did ship within the allotted 10 days I say on every bay item. Then I do refund over payment on shipping, bay sets the price according to weight and if there is overage I refund it. And in the refund it does say refund for overpayment on shipping (so I did communicate there). It was only $40 originally, so I wouldn't go down, you bought it and it was shipped in the specified shipping window. At $40, you still got a deal.

The animation cel I ordered was in a great condition as described and arrived quickly, but unfortunately, my experience soured because the seller didn't include the certificate of authenticity the item was said to come with. When I tried to contact the seller twice, asking them if they could correct their error, I got no reply.
If authenticity is important to you - as it should be with animation cels - I unfortunately cannot recommend this seller.

I am sorry this happened, I spent a while in the hospital with kidney failure then weeks of hard dialysis, I never got to place my bay store on hold. But I am glad you got your item. Again, I am sorry. At 59 yrs old, I had never spent a night in a hospital and this whole ordeal changed my life (and not for the better). I hope you can forgive me. If you send me your address (they won't give it to me since I mailed the item), I will provide the COA. Thanks
