  I ordered the wrong item. My mistake. Seller replied, no refund or exchange as item not faulty. I would have been happy with an exchange or refund and covered all postage costs. Seller advised to resell item. Seriously ? I have never had an issue with any on line purchase and the first time i have purchased an incorrect item, this is the customer service i received.

  Ordered this strut bar in December still haven't got this, seller said no stock available but is still selling these on ebay. I opened a case in January because still didn't get it. Seller said they would delay my shipment because of the case with ebay. Fraudulent company.
