I have been intouch with mop pro twice. I explained that the piece missing was the piece that fixed the mop head to the handle. I received this on the 1st March, they have not responded to my request. So could you please take it up with them. Thank you.

I have already contacted the seller after having an issue with my mop, the head was broke also few of the pols after forwarding photos an explaining the issue, been told they will look at it and never got sorted. Nicky the customer support even stopped texting back. I will not recommend it!!!

Cheaply made product. The wash area doesn’t cover the whole mop. The dry area doesn’t squeeze the water out properly. The bottom plugs to empty the compartments come out very easily. The worst part is the locking system between the stick and the mop head holder. It’s a tiny plastic piece that got worn out by the friction between the parts the first time I used it. Now the mop head won’t stay in place and the whole thing comes off when you put any pressure on it. All in all, very nastly made.
