  Super responsive seller (within 5 minutes), and we were able to work out a deal super quickly! Item arrived as advertised. My only con would be shipping times, my item got shipped 5 days after payment. However, great packaging and item condition.

  We mailed the package on time. The weekend was in this. But we cannot help that the USPS IS CLOSED ON SUNDAY and that we are on the East coast and you are on the West coast. There was also bad weather in between. So that’s why it takes so long.

  Adding more context, I'm talking about shipping times, not the actual delivery. Order was placed on Wed 10AM, so there was Wed/Thu/Fri/Sat for shipping, yet it was mailed until Mon, 5 days later. Not sure why the seller clarification when my feedback was positive and honest :)

  Great eseller, Fast shipping, After a little trial and error I finally got it working. The ribbon cable has to be installed just right. Now it works GREAT. The packaging was verty good. The monitor was listed as new but the box was not sealed but all the parts were as described. It was a great value for the money. I highly recommend this seller and would not hesitate to buy from them again if need be. AAA+++++++++++++++++++++++++

  Unit arrived missing some hardware and an adjustment/installation tool. Notified the seller, who then proceeded to go above and beyond. Seller contacted Strreamlight and arranged for the missing parts to be shipped directly to me. They arrived a few days later. I received messages every step of the way letting me know the delivery status. This, folks, is what's known as great customer service, both from Strreamlight and an eBay seller. Would buy from this seller again with great confidence.
