Paid for 14 mm pile. Received 7mm pile. Lost my deposit through the carpet fitter not laying the cheapest I was sent. They expect me to miss my fathers remembrance for their convience to collect the wrong items. No mention of the actual carpets I ordered. Refused so far to mention it. No idea if I'm getting what I paid for at all No communication and no response to my emails. I think this is a con and yhey had no intention of delivering my order. Avoid at all costs unreliable and ignored me
