It took two weeks to gather the information needed to get package through customs (into the US). In the end I had to make several phone calls to coordinate the delivery. Ultimately, the product was received and is as advertised.

Good morning, normally all that data is not requested by customs, we make hundreds of shipments a month to the United States and we have never had any problems, what I think is that the customs officer on duty was in a bad mood and had to make someone pay!! !
