Shipping/handling was smooth. The O-ring seal looked fine in the photos but it is cracked nearly all over. The color/aging of the plastic is more apparent than in the photos they provided. It seems that the item description was misleading. However, after explaining the issue, the seller quickly responded and refunded the purchase. Small business owner that cares about customer satisfaction.

Took a while to arrive, but it had to travel 5000 miles to get here. eBays delivery estimate was wrong, the seller explained the actual delivery date. Arrived with the Importers & then arrived at my mechanic shortly after - he tells me it's in good condition and as described. Good seller (& patient too, they put up with me pestering them).

Sadly the wheels arrived damaged. Seller responded quickly and sent me a return label. Upon returning the wheels seller did a partial refund. He refunded only the wheels. He didnt refunded the shipping but he informed me that I needed to contact ebay to get the shipping refunded. I had to create a case but got all my money refunded fairly quick with no problems. Great and responsable seller. Would do business with him again.
