    100% our mistake, we shipped every job before Christmas and upgraded every customers order to express shipping at our cost so that they would get the kits before Christmas, we than had 3 weeks off, this is the first proper holiday our staff had had in 3 years, upon our return i answered and aknowledged the issue, the number plates were reprinted next day.
