The Mailperson had delivered the blu-ray to the wrong address, not sure how, the delivery address was accurate. That being said, it got where it needed to be, product still sealed. Can't say the same for shipping packaging. Beyond this hiccup (Thank you USPS), The Product is in pristine quality, even the sleeve hardly shows any production defects aside from a random scratch that can't be seen unless in direct light. Personally, I highly recommend seller, as they seem kind and fair.
