  Value and Quality and postage - all good. The item ended up being out of stock so supply took quite a bit longer than expected which I understand is beyond their control. Where seller can improve is being proactive with keeping customers regularly informed of the time line if there are unexpected delays, instead of customer having to keep checking in with the supplier. New supplier so its a learning curve and all good in the end. Item did arrive within a few days once it was despatched.

  Thanks for the honest feedback and your patience. Bigboi’s 7-year sale led to Australia-wide stock shortages and delays of up to 6 weeks, affecting all resellers including us. They usually dispatch same day, so this caught us off guard too. You're absolutely right — we should’ve communicated better, and we’re improving our systems to avoid this in future.   Bought an item off this seller, but they didn't have it in stock. Was told I needed to wait 6 weeks. When asking for a refund, they made it so difficult that I had to escalate to Ebay. Strongly do not recommend this seller - steer clear. Extremely rude - I haven't gotten a single apology after waiting two weeks for absolutely nothing.

  The item you purchased was clearly marked as a backorder item with an estimated 6-week wait, which was outlined in both the product title and description. You placed the order knowing this, then later requested a refund, which we processed through eBay without delay. We understand delays can be frustrating, but the item’s status was transparent from the beginning. Our team remained respectful and followed all policies throughout the process.
