    There was an issue with postage, the parcel was missing in action for a week. Although Royal Mail was rubbish, Mrs B Preloved gets 5 stars; Zoe came back to me every time I made contact. I can’t recommend her enough, you really get to judge someone when something goes wrong and Zoe scored 100% trustworthy and considerate in my mind. The dress was great too. Thank you very much.
