    Zippo quality item sold by a company that would benefit from better communication and proper packaging. Each box was wrapped in magazine paper that has stained the outer box of sterling silver zippo. As a collector this is not great. Yes it's just a box however the stains reduce the value if I decided to sell it. I'm not buying from MRSSHOPPE again, I found a better seller that can communicate like a person and matches or beats this stores prices. Shop around collectors.

    Again, I have had a previous purchase with this seller. They are not the problem. The United States Postal Service is the problem! Again, they failed to deliver my merchandise on the promised date. Even after backing the date up earlier to meet their scheduling needs.
