    I received the Cobra Forge Tec Pitching Wedge today. We opened the box, the box was not damaged. The club I shaft was smashed in the middle and broken. See attached pictures. As the box was not damaged, the wedge had to of been packaged and shipped damaged. Contacted the company and said we would have to ship it back. We asked if we could get credit for part of it and we would put a new shaft on because we needed it right away. The reply was NO. A fair solution would be a partial credit.

    The golf club arrived quickly. It was packaged in a long box, which works. The club included a matching headcover. The pictures of the headcover in the listing were all of the front, not the badly damaged back. I contacted the seller about the headcover's poor condition. The seller did not have an exact match to replace it, but offered to send another headcover from a different club. I only wanted a matching one. I am glad that the seller tried to make the transaction right, though.
