  The plate was a replacement for the one that some workers accidently broke. I was thrilled to find this plate in pretty much brand new condition. I could have bought the same plate at a cheaper price, but I wanted the brochure and original packaging, so I was happy to pay a little more for it. The descriptions of the items and the packaging was spot on. I was not thrilled with the shipping, but that was not the seller's fault. USPS is just plain lousy.
