This seller sent me a dizi that is a smaller, non jointed version of the professional dizis that they display in the listing. I paid 120+ dollars for a professional bamboo flute, and they sent me a ~10 dollar toy. They also accused me of “making up reasons not to send them more pictures”, so I sent 5 more. Then they stopped responding. Awful communication, perpetrating a selling scam, not granting my return even when I sent them all necessary photo documentation.

The buyer claimed to receive the wrong flute, but the one in his pictures is clearly not the one we sent. Even so, we apologized to him and would send him a return shipping label and issue a refund. However, he kept verbally insulting us, calling us scammers, threatening to report us to eBay, and trying to manipulate the situation. We decided to stop communicating with him and let eBay decide. We have sold tens of this model of flute on eBay, and never gotten any complaints.
